I really appreciated the hotel's proximity to round mountain park, where i enjoyed a lovely morning walk surrounded by nature, and the gila county historical museum was just a short stroll away, perfect for immersing myself in the local history.

My room was reasonably spacious and new-fashioned thanks to the courteous staff. Really enjoyed the room with 3 beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous, close enough to the mountains, and store and easily accessible. The service was helpful during my stay. You guys made my stay fantastic.

Housekeeping entered my room without notice.

The housekeeping staff seemed unprofessional and disruptive. It was shocking to find dirty sheets and worn-out towels. I expected a clean, restful environment, but instead, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome .

Had a blast visiting the nearby national park and checking out the local mining history with friends. The room was comfortable and warm, perfect for our group. The staff were friendly.

The fridge did freeze our drinks overnight, annoying but didn't ruin the fun.

The desk clerk provided warm and friendly service, made check-in smooth. The room itself was clean and met my expectations, aside from a mop left in the corner that I moved outside. I appreciated the tranquility of the location, giving me a restful night's sleep after a long day.

The unannounced entry of the housekeeper was quite unsettling, disrupting my privacy.

The room was clean and had a firm bed, made for a nice and comfortable sleep. The staff, especially the evening front desk guy, were genuinely friendly and helpful. I appreciated that it was a pet-friendly place with no extra fees. One downside was the lack of basic toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, but overall, it was a satisfying stay.

Recommended for those on a budget

First off, the staff was genuinely friendly, especially Manny. He was pretty understanding when I expressed some of my needs, like when I requested a room with a fridge-he didn't hesitate to hook me up right away!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

The room itself wasnice and neat, contributing to a pleasant stay despite some noticeable maintenance issues like a clogged shower drain and a rattling HVAC unit. While the outdoor areas were littered with trash and needed attention, the room's cleanliness kept the experience somewhat positive. Some improvements are essential, particularly in maintaining the exterior and facilities.

This place is perfectly located in the heart of Jackson, the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are modern and equipped with a fridge and AC unit.

I really enjoyed the reasonably spacious room and courteous staff at the hotel. the location was marvelous and absolutely perfect, near the mountains and a store. the helpful service and attention to detail made my stay fantastic.

The central location here was perfect for us. the food had a good variety of options and tasted great! 🌟
